Iam a retired Chief Engineer (2015) from state of Himachal Pradesh. I did my Btech from RECKurukshetra in 1979.I undertake project management of water supply and irrgation projects including review of design , drawings and contract documents.I have extensive experience in SCADAand PID of projects. I also look into legal and arbitration services.
