gave very meticulous reports on software creation, and did not cut corners. made a 200 dollar job feel like a 500 dollar one. the man also obviously works for more than just cash. i mean, cash is important, but you can tell when a programmer is just working for the paycheck. it sucks. not so with the guy i hired.
