Communication:

Response time:
Replies within 24 hours. Night-time availability upon request.
Delivery:
Final files are delivered in high resolution, ready for digital or print use. Includes 1–2 rounds of revisions depending on the project scope.
Payment:
Payments are processed through secure platforms or bank transfer, based on a pre-agreed schedule. No off-platform payments are accepted.
Cancellations / Modifications:
Any changes or cancellations must be communicated in advance. If a project is canceled after work has begun, a partial fee may apply based on time invested.
