I am a dedicated Civil Engineering student at Kaunas University of Technology (KTU) with a passion for structural precision and architectural clarity. My journey into the world of engineering started with a fascination for how buildings are put together, which naturally led me to master industry-standard tools like AutoCAD and Revit.

My work is defined by an analytical mindset and a commitment to "clean" engineering. I don’t just draw lines; I build functional models. Whether I am re-creating a skewed floor plan from a photograph or developing a full 3D BIM model, I ensure that every dimension is accurate, every layer is organized, and every sheet is production-ready.

Work Terms

Hours of Operation: I am available for communication and work Monday through Friday (16:00 – 21:00 EET) and all day on weekends. Since I am a student, I am highly flexible during evening hours and always respond to messages within a few hours.

Payment Terms: I prefer Fixed-Price contracts for clearly defined tasks (like floor plan redrawing) or Hourly rates for ongoing BIM modeling projects. For larger projects, I suggest a milestone-based payment schedule (e.g., 50% after the first draft, 50% on final delivery).

Communication: I prefer communicating through the platform’s messaging system to keep all project details in one place. I am also open to brief video calls for project kick-offs to ensure we are on the same page regarding technical requirements.

Delivery: All final drawings are provided in native DWG/RVT formats and high-resolution, print-ready PDFs.
