Additionally, my experience at Sri Lanka Institute of Nanotechnology and I G Petrochemicals Ltd. has further honed my skills in driving technical advancements and conducting thorough feasibility studies. At M/s. IG Petrochemicals Ltd., I served as Leader Plant Operations, encompassing all the seven production units of Phthalic Anhydride, Maleic Anhydride, and Benzoic Acid Plants. In addition to leading plant operations, I oversaw all other technical service departments, maintenance, including EHS and Quality Control.
During my tenure at Nagarjuna Fertilizers and Chemicals Ltd., I managed several high-impact projects, including Urea grassroots projects starting from commissioning, the revamping of Ammonia and Urea plants, Carbon Dioxide extraction plant grassroots projects, and the installation and commissioning of a new Ammonia Converter (S300). These projects enhanced plant efficiency and contributed significantly to energy savings and operational stability.
In addition to my extensive project management experience, I hold several certifications, including Certified Internal Auditor for Responsible Care Management System, Process Safety Management System (PSMS), and Integrated Management System (IMS), as well as ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor. These certifications demonstrate my commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency in plant operations.

Work Terms

Hours of Operation:

1. Available for approximately 30 hours per week.
2. working hours are within the Indian Standard Time (IST) zone.
3. Willing to discuss and adjust timings based on specific project requirements and client needs to ensure effective collaboration.

Payment Terms:

1. My general hourly rate is USD 45.
2. Please note that the final rate may vary depending on the complexity, scope, and urgency of the project. We can discuss specific pricing for each job to ensure a fair agreement for both parties.
3. I am open to different payment structures based on the project, including fixed-price quotes for well-defined tasks or hourly rates for ongoing engagements.
4. For hourly work, I utilize the Guru.com Time Tracker to ensure accurate and transparent billing.
5. I encourage clients to fund SafePay with the agreed-upon amount before the commencement of work to ensure secure and timely payments.
6. Invoices will be submitted through the Guru.com platform upon completion of agreed-upon milestones or at the end of each week for hourly projects.

Communication:

1. Preferred method of communication is via mail for detailed discussions and record-keeping.
2. Verbal communication through calls or video conferences is welcome and can be scheduled as needed for clarifications and project updates.
