Running a business is tough work. Knowing what you need to focus on to grow or maintain your business, how to make the most effective use of your resources and identifying where you are going in the future can be difficult especially when you have so many competing priorities. That’s where I can help. Whether you are just starting out or have been in business for years I can support you in doing things such as writing a business plan, identifying/ implementing improvement opportunities, creating governance models and managing performance, developing teams to work together more effectively, and managing change in your organization.

I bring over 15 years of experience to the table- 10 of which was spent deploying lean initiatives, 5 spent in business strategy and management. I have an MBA from St. Joseph’s University, a Green Belt Certification from Johnson & Johnson, and a Black Belt certification from Villanova University. I also have a Johnson & Johnson specific project leadership certification.

Over the course of my career I led strategy development, business planning cycles, team and leadership development workshops, workforce planning projects, business performance management, cost improvement initiatives, project portfolio management and many lean initiatives. As part of my MBA program I researched and developed a marketing strategy for a non-profit organization and created a business plan for a small business owner for loan application purposes.
