I have been a writer for as long as I can remember, but my first real foray into the writing field came when I was around 10 years old. I was struck with my own idea for a story, one that I knew I had to write. So, I decided to take on the daunting task of writing my first, full length novel. By the time I reached that final 100th page of my story, I knew that creative writing was the path I wanted to go down, and, 15 years later, I'm still following that trail.
I recently graduated from Richard Stockton University in New Jersey, where I earned a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature with a concentration in Creative Writing with honors. I learned a lot, and I believe I gained and improved valuable skills during my time there. I also spent a semester abroad in the UK, where I got to experience a new culture. It was one experience that I know I'll never forget.
As far as work experience is concerned, I worked at my local AMC Theatre for 9 years, and, soon after I graduated, I spent time on the Disney College Program, where I learned valuable work ethics and business practices.
My hobbies include reading, writing, and drawing, and my skillsets include editing, character development, writing, technical writing, and biographies. I also have practical working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and scriptwriting programs. I also love graphic novels, movies, video games, and television shows
Work Terms
I am very negotiable when it comes to my schedule and am happy to work at any time. It is, however, preferable for me to work during the daytime (Eastern Time.)
