I’m Kristen Holland, a healthcare billing and administration professional with over 15 years of experience helping providers maximize reimbursements, streamline workflows, and stay compliant. Over the years, I’ve managed everything from complex Medicaid and commercial claims across 9 states to credentialing providers, securing single case agreements, and reducing denials for high-volume facilities.
For the last 8+ years, I’ve worked remotely with clients nationwide, earning a reputation for reliability, clear communication, and results. I’ve supported residential treatment centers, behavioral health practices, chiropractic offices, and medical groups — always with a focus on improving revenue cycles and making billing less of a headache.
Beyond billing, I bring expertise in QuickBooks bookkeeping, denial management, marketing support, and team coordination (including managing overseas staff). I love identifying inefficiencies, building better processes, and watching the numbers reflect the impact.
On a personal note, I’ve been on my own health and wellness journey, including weight loss and medical spa services — which fuels my passion for helping providers deliver care while I take care of the administrative side. I believe every practice deserves financial clarity and every patient deserves access to quality care.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me outdoors with my family, at local car shows, fishing, or cheering on the Houston Astros. I bring the same focus and dedication to my clients that I bring to my personal life: consistent effort, attention to detail, and genuine care.
Work Terms
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST, with flexibility to adjust for urgent needs or project deadlines. Limited weekend availability can be arranged in advance.
Payment: Weekly invoicing through the platform; hourly or fixed-price.
Communication: Quick responses during the day. I’m comfortable communication methods, and project management tools (Slack, Teams, Zoom, etc.) depending on client preference.
Approach: Transparent, dependable, and proactive — regular updates, no surprises.
