I’m a detail-oriented and highly organized professional transitioning into the Freight VA industry, with hands-on training from Freight Course 101 – Freight Virtual Assistant.

During my Freight Course 101 training, I had hands-on practice with LTL quoting and shipment data entry using Estes, ArcBest, ODFL, and TForce platforms. I also learned the overall freight shipment and dispatch process, carrier communication, documentation, and issue escalation.

I bring real-world transportation operations experience from Grainman Marine Transport, where I monitored cargo vessel and shipment activities. My background at Bank of the Philippine Islands also strengthened my skills in data accuracy, documentation, reconciliation, customer service, and handling time-sensitive administrative tasks.

I’m a fast learner, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable learning new TMS platforms, carrier systems, and company SOPs.

My goal is to help freight and logistics teams save time, maintain accurate records, stay on top of shipments, and keep daily operations moving smoothly.
