I am a freelance ISO Consultant who would help you from an end to end process consulting projects.

• Performs gap assessment on client’s existing processes and plans (onsite / offsite) and provides assessment report for client’s signoff.
• Assists and conducts Awareness Training and Workshops respectively to employees / process groups involved in the project.
• Handles all relevant Documentation of ISO standards such as:
o Creation of Policies, Procedures, Guidelines and Forms required by the standards.
o Review and provide feedback on client’s existing documentations.
• Provides support on Internal Audit, Management Review and Corrective / Preventive Actions to the assigned internal auditors and process owners.
• Conducts Mock Audit (independent assessment) to ensure the compliance and enhance the effectiveness of the ISO standards and other best practices.
• Assists on 3rd Party Certification and provides CAPA / recommendations based on the audit findings.
• Drives implementation and improvement to an end to end process of ISO standards.
• Proficient on following standards:
o ISO 27001:2013 Information Security Management System
o ISO 22301:2012 Business Continuity Management System
o ISO 31000:2009 Enterprise Risk Management
o ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
o Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
• Knowledgeable in:
o GDPR Compliance / Data Privacy Management
