I am a Software QA Engineer with over 4 years of experience in manual and automation testing of web, mobile, Windows, and kiosk applications. I have worked extensively on healthcare SaaS products, ensuring high-quality releases across multiple platforms including iPadOS, iOS, Android, Windows, and kiosk environments. My expertise includes functional testing, regression testing, exploratory testing, usability validation, and production verification.
