1. Working Hours & Availability
• Operating Hours: 8 hours per business day
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Time Zone: IST (with partial overlap to client time zones if required)
• Fixed daily availability for meetings, reviews, and coordination
2. Scope of Work
• Work will be executed strictly as per the mutually agreed scope
• Any additional requirements will be handled through formal scope change approval
• All deliverables will follow documented requirements and milestones
3. Communication & Reporting
• Daily or weekly status updates as agreed
• Regular sprint reviews or progress calls
4. Delivery & Quality Commitment
