I am a full-time freelance writer and author based in Atlanta, GA. I write and edit fiction, creative non-fiction, articles, blogs, brochures, newsletters, columns, and web content.
My specialties include health, fitness, parenting, education, mental health, travel, literary fiction, and creative non-fiction. My work has been featured in over two dozen publications, including cover articles in national magazines such as Pregnancy and Mothering. I've written for Chicago Parent, Atlanta Parent, San Diego Family, and ParentGuide. I am also the published author of twenty-one books with Rourke Educational Media.
I have a B.A. in English, Emphasis in Writing, as well as in Education. I am halfway through my Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing program at the University of New Orleans.
I enjoy reading, writing, hiking, playing games, photography, and hanging out with my family.
