Work Terms

Hours & Availability: I am available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Nairobi GMT+3). For urgent projects outside these hours, I will do my best to accommodate.

Payment Terms: Data entry projects can be hourly or fixed-price, with payment due upon completion. Voice over/acting projects may require 50% upfront for larger jobs, with the remainder due on delivery. Work may be paused until payment is confirmed.

Communication: I prefer messages through Guru.com for clarity. I am also available for calls if needed. I respond within 24 hours on weekdays and confirm receipt of files promptly.
