Lacel Technologies Ltd is an ICT (Information Communication and Technology) company, registered with the Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB) as a private limited company on November 26th, 2013. It was founded and is still run by a group of professional and passionate computer engineers and technology enthusiasts with the desire and zeal to solve societal problems through computing technologies.

Lacel Technologies has undertaken a number of projects ranging from agriculture, journalism, education, finance and sports. In all these undertakings, the company has successfully extended the utilization of ICT in all the above fields.
Lacel Technologies has made achievements ranging from developing a winning applications for both the Orange Community Innovation Awards and the NTV Ideas Lab to writing the winning proposal in the Reverse Engineering Youth Entrepreneurship Driving Innovation competition that was organized by World Bank.

Work Terms
We are in office from 0900hrs-1800hrs (UCT+3), Monday to Friday.
Accepted form of payment is by EFT, RTGS and bank cheque, at the end of a project. However, if analyzed and deemed necessary, payment arrangement will be per project milestone.
Preferred form of communication is by email and telephone.
