Having 4 years experience in creating highly interactive Data visualization Reports and Dashboards using Tableau

• Having total of 3+ years of IT experience on business intelligence tool-Tableau.
• Extensively worked in Designing (Involved in Defining Joins, Dimension, Measure, LOD, Hierarchies, and Derived tables, Resolving Loops and Traps using alias and context) and developing web reports and Dashboards.
• Having experience in creating highly interactive Data visualization Reports and Dashboards using features such as Data Blending, Calculations, Filters, Actions, Parameters, Maps, Extracts, Context Filters, Sets, Aggregate measures etc.
• Experienced in designing customized interactive dashboards in tableau using Action, filters, parameters and drill down
• Proficient in design and development of various dashboards, reports utilizing Tableau Visualizations like bar graphs, scatter plots, pie-charts, geographic visualization and use of actions, other local and global filters according to the end user requirement.
• Expertise in designing and creating various analytical reports and Automated Dashboards to help users to identify critical KPIs and facilitate strategic planning in the organization.
• Involved in understanding the reporting requirements and providing Tableau reporting solutions
• Experience in working on Individual axis, dual axis and Axis blending.
• Experience in merging multiple data sources by data blending concept.

NPI (New Product Introduction): New Product Introduction (NPI) is the process Caterpillar uses to develop, build, and deliver quality products and services to customers worldwide. The NPI team values and encourages the involvement of employees, suppliers, dealers, and customers throughout the NPI Process.
Guided by NPI tools and Caterpillar product and industry strategies, NPI team members work together, think and act collaboratively, communicate clearly, apply new technologies, manage risk, and improve continuously in order to improve the quality, technology, performance, durability, and reliability of Caterpillar products. Strengthening this process only continues to improve product quality and make Caterpillar and its customer’s stronger, making progress possible.
APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning): APQP serves as a guide in the development process and also a standard way to share results between suppliers and automotive companies. APQP specify three phases: Development, Industrialization and Product Launch. Through these phases 23 main topics will be monitored. These 23 topics will be all completed before the production is started. They cover aspects as: design robustness, design testing and specification compliance, production process design, quality inspection standards, process capability, production capacity, product packaging, product testing and operators training plan between other items.
