Work Terms

⏰ Hours of Operation:
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST)

Holiday: Sunday

Urgent work requests outside these hours may be handled with prior agreement and additional charges, if applicable.

💰 Payment Terms:
Projects are billed as per scope of work – fixed or milestone-based.

50% advance may be required for new clients or high-value tasks.

Full payment is to be made after final delivery and client satisfaction.

For recurring monthly services (like bookkeeping or GST returns), billing will be done at the start of each month.

All payments should be made through secure and approved methods on the platform (Guru.com).

No refunds after submission of final work or government portal filings.
