Work Terms

1. Acceptance of Offer - The project will begin post the acceptance of terms and conditions that are mutually agreed upon. When a client places an order for the product or service, the Client will be deemed to have satisfied themselves as to the terms herein and have accepted these terms and conditions in full. Kindly read the terms and conditions carefully. Any purchase or use of our services implies that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions.
2. Price Quotation - The acceptance of the project will be considered successful post agreement of the price quotation of the project. The quotation will be considered to be agreed upon either through email confirmation, document signing or through our online website form. Estimations provided are valid for a period of 14 days. The company reserves the right to alter or decline a project estimate after expiry of the 14 days.
3. Turnaround Time - The Company will install and provide the project on the date specified in the project proposal or on the data that client has agreed upon during the mutual consultation. However, it may be supplied later provided client instructs specifically for the delay.
4. Project Review - The Company will provide the Client with an opportunity to review the development of an installation or custom job. At the completion of the project, the product or service will be deemed to be accepted and approved unless the Client notifies within ten (10) days of the review date made available to the client.
6. Payment - Invoices will be provided by the company to the client on all the work that is carried out for the project. The company will mail the invoices to the client via email. Clients are required to pay deposit or confirmed amount prior to customization or start of a project.
The other conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings or agreements. The Client's payment constitutes agreement to and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
