? Hands on experience in Project Management, PMO Activities, Risk Management, Team Management , Project Estimation, Preparation of project charter , scope of work, Gap Analysis ,Project budgeting, Project planning, scheduling, Change Management , tracking and executing projects (end to end implementation of projects).
? Hands on experience in Business Analysis Activities like Requirements Elicitation, analysis and gathering, Quality Assurance, conducting Internal Audits, implementing CMMI practices in projects.
? Experience in delivering development, maintenance, data migration projects.
? Extensive experience in implementing SDLC, Waterfall and Agile methodologies projects.
? Well versed in Scrum practices such as Daily Stand Ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospectives.
? Experience of working in a virtual team with colleagues in multiple locations.
? Well versed in project management Scheduling tools like MS Project, Smartsheet.
? Liason with IT vendors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
? Experience in Pre-sales activities like RFI, RFP, RFC’s, Proposal preparation activities
