I have worked for seven years as an administrative in a spanish university. I can do different kind of tasks: mailing, using Microsoft Office programs, data entry, data mining, attending or making calls, proofreading, translation of different kind of documents, arranging travels, etc.

Spanish and Catalan are spoken at a native level. I have good skills in English (better written than spoken if I have to be honest). I would like to mention that I have a basic knowledge of Italian, language that I would like to improve.

I can be creative and solve problems. I am also able to learn new things (and usually I am interested to do it) so I use to recycle my knowledge when it is time to do it. I work hard and focus in my assignments.

If traveling is needed I am available to do it under special conditions.

Work Terms

I am available Monday-Friday from 8:00 to 13:00 and from 15:30 to 20:30 and Saturday-Sunday from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00 (GMT+1)

My hourly rate is $15.

Some changes could be negotiated.
