I’ve been a senior leader in consulting firms, financial services giants, and public sector organisations, delivering transformation projects that have saved millions and changed how people work. I’ve helped shape robotic process automation practices from the ground up, mentored AI start-ups, and even spent my sabbatical training as an AWS Solution Architect—because I believe learning is lifelong.

Over the last decade, I’ve led initiatives from a £13 million Lean and Automation pipeline at Paysafe to a £6 million healthcare transformation via process mining at Emergence Partners. I’ve advised boards, managed teams of developers, and delivered benefits in real terms—FTE savings, profit improvements, and future-ready operations. Most recently, I’ve been driving innovation in AI product strategy and mentoring tech founders as part of AI Forge.
