Work Terms

AVAILABILITY & COLLABORATIVE STYLE
I offer highly flexible availability to accommodate your project needs, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and most holidays. My approach is built on a true partnership and strong, continuous communication. I view this as a collaboration where open dialogue and timely feedback are essential for success. I commit to clear and transparent communication throughout the entire process to ensure the final deliverable perfectly aligns with your vision.

PAYMENT & PROJECT STRUCTURE
Payment terms will be customized and adaptive for each unique project, clearly outlined in the final Statement of Work (SOW) or Project Agreement.

For larger or complex projects, I prefer to structure the work using smaller deliverable milestones. This approach provides several key advantages:

It ensures I approach the project with the appropriate order of operations and pace.

It builds in defined scopes for necessary revisions and design development within each phase.

It ensures payment is tied directly to the formal approval of a completed milestone, allowing me to immediately dedicate resources to the next stage.

While the initial call to meet and discuss the possibility of working together is available to you free of charge, a kick-off deposit will be required to formally commence work and secure scheduling.
