I am a seasoned project management professional with over 15 years of experience in advising, coordinating, and leading both humanitarian and development projects in Ethiopia. My diverse roles in national, international, and bilateral organizations have equipped me with robust skills in project coordination, facilitation, negotiation, and institutional development.
Throughout my career, I have successfully served as a regional coordinator, development advisor, program director, program officer, project coordinator, area program manager, project team leader, and in various technical advisory positions. This extensive experience has honed my ability to manage a wide array of multifaceted tasks, from planning and partnership management to capacity building and organizational development strategies.
Academically, I hold a master’s degree in food security and development studies, master’s degree in business administration, a BA in Sociology and Social Anthropology, and a BSc degree in Land Resources Management and Environmental Protection. This multidisciplinary educational background, combined with my participation in numerous national and international trainings, has greatly contributed to my effectiveness in project management.
