During my career at DaKine, I coordinated and executed a multi-layer product assortment, that surpassed all expectations. The product line grew, in a very short time, from offering a "pink" colorway in a men's pack, to an established and respected women's lifestyle and technical product line.
As a Consultant, I have been able to work with smaller brands that wish to launch their first lifestyle bag line. For Pistil Designs, I created and implemented a line plan designed to target product categories by key price points and design trends. To create their specific line plan, I assembled extensive competitor and market analysis. For many of my clients, I am also involved in strategic and seasonal line planning, product development and materials sourcing as well as sourcing supply chain partners.
