Let’s Prototype was founded in Europe in 2018 with a clear objective: to help inventors and companies turn innovative ideas into real, functional products.
As our projects became increasingly complex, we built a multidisciplinary team combining industrial design, mechanical engineering, electronics, PCB design, embedded firmware, IoT, mobile and cloud development, artificial intelligence, and prototype manufacturing.
In 2022, Let’s Prototype expanded its operations to the United States and established its Miami office in Coral Gables, Florida. Today, we operate through engineering and prototyping capabilities in Miami and Madrid, supporting clients in the United States, Europe, and other international markets.
Our team has developed connected devices, consumer electronics, wearables, medical and wellness products, robotics, smart equipment, industrial systems, and other innovative physical products. We work with individual inventors, startups, innovation departments, and established companies at different stages of product development.
Depending on the project, our involvement may begin with a technical feasibility study or requirements definition and continue through industrial design, engineering, electronics, firmware, software, functional prototyping, testing, design optimization, and preparation for manufacturing.
Let’s Prototype operates under an ISO 9001:2015-certified quality management system. We follow a structured development process with defined deliverables, documented decisions, regular progress meetings, and milestone-based project execution.
Our strength lies in bringing the different disciplines required to develop a complex product together under one coordinated team. This reduces communication gaps, improves technical integration, and gives our clients a single point of responsibility throughout the development process.

Work Terms
We generally work on fixed-price, milestone-based projects rather than open-ended hourly assignments. Each engagement begins with an evaluation of the project’s objectives, current development stage, technical challenges, expected deliverables, schedule, and budget.
For innovative products with significant technical uncertainty, we may recommend beginning with a technical feasibility study. This allows us to define requirements, evaluate alternative solutions, identify major risks, and establish a reliable development roadmap before moving into detailed engineering and prototyping.
Our standard working terms include:
• A clearly defined scope of work and deliverables
• Project execution divided into technical and payment milestones
• Regular online progress meetings
• Written meeting summaries and documented decisions
• Client review and approval at key development stages
• Secure exchange of technical documentation
• Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements
• Payments processed through Guru SafePay or according to the agreed contract
Our primary business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time.
Project timelines and payment terms are established individually according to the complexity and scope of each engagement. Prototype materials, specialized components, external testing, certifications, tooling, and manufacturing costs are quoted separately when applicable.
All intellectual-property ownership and usage rights are clearly defined in the project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, the client receives the project-specific deliverables upon completion of the corresponding milestones and payment obligations.
