First, we set up a one to one meeting or video conference (as you consider more convenient) with you or the person that will be managing our work. We identify your necessities and make sure we have a clear understanding of the processes you need us to implement or require help with. In order to make sure everything is being done, we will report weekly updates to keep you informed regarding the ongoing activities.
Finally, we set up tools such as Trello, Asana, and Slack. This with the purpose of keeping in touch and having a strong communication so we are always on the same page and reassure nothing is being left out.
