Work Terms

Hours of Operation: Monday to Saturday, GMT+8. I respond to messages within 12 hours.

Payment Terms: 50% upfront for new projects above $200. 100% upfront for projects under $50. Payment via Guru SafePay.

Preferred Communication: Guru messages for all project discussions. File sharing via Google Drive or Dropbox.

Revisions: Up to 2 rounds of reasonable revisions included. Additional revisions at hourly rate.

Turnaround: Depends on project complexity. Simple short-form edits (under 60 seconds): 24-48 hours. Longer content: we'll agree on deadlines before starting.
