Starts my career as a management program trainee in one of the hotels as a culinary trainee, learn all the techniques of professional cooking and manage a whole kitchen team, going through the F&B service side then end up in the events planning department where I have met a lot of clients from all over the world with different background, mind-set and interesting plans for their events. Fly to Dubai for 3 years and the world was an open sky to me where I lived with different nationalities and cultures urges me to discover more the unknown world
