I am a very hardworking entrepreneur who has a passion for the disadvantaged groups of rural folk, especially the women and youths and their endeavour to enter the mainstream of economic activities. I believe that with proper training, support and advice, these groups can meaningfully contribute through their cooperatives, organizations, businesses and communities to the improvement of their own social, economic and physical wellbeing as well as the economic development of our various nations. I also believe that education and energy are the key drivers for the inclusion of these women and youths.
I hold a Bachelor of Accounting degree from the University of South Africa and a Master of Business Leadership from the business school of the same institution. I hold cross functional skills from my stints in various roles across different sectors, I am therefore a well-rounded individual. I also believe that entrepreneurship has sharpened an edge within my outlook and personality that I would not have otherwise achieved within a corporate setup. Some of the skills I have acquired along my entrepreneurial journey include writing, editing, proofreading, animations (though still learning), social media management and SEO skills. I and my team are currently at very advanced stages of the e-learning and energy projects we are developing, to which we are planning to invite partners at the appropriate stages. My other skills acquired throughout my career that are revelant to the assignments I would be interested in on this platform include financial, cost and management accounting, treasury functions, drafting operating procedures, course creation, strategic and other business consulting.
My hobbies include exercising, entertaining and travelling. I love visiting new places and experiencing different foods and cultures, though I tend to occasionally blow up in allergic reactions to some of the foods. However, I view that all part of the experience.
Work Terms
My working hours are 0900 to 2300hrs Monday to Thursday,
Payment terms are flexible and depend on nature and length of assignment. I will ask for a deposit for some assignments but mostly payment will be required after completion of assignment as I am still newon the platform.
I am also flexible on the communication methods and these can be by mobile calls, email and through communication platforms like Zoom and Skype. Please note that calls will only be answered within the above stated times.
