China Sourcing & Procurement Specialist | Supplier Sourcing, Negotiation, RFQ, Purchasing & Cost/ROI Analysis

I am a China sourcing and procurement specialist based in Malaysia with hands-on experience sourcing products, suppliers, machinery and equipment from China.
My work includes supplier sourcing, product research, quotation comparison, purchasing coordination, price and MOQ negotiation, vendor communication, shipping coordination and cross-border procurement.
I do not believe in simply choosing the cheapest product. My approach is fit-for-purpose procurement: selecting the right product based on how the client will actually use it.
For amusement and playground equipment, I may recommend a more cost-effective product when the quality, graphics, durability and spare-parts availability are acceptable, helping the business achieve a faster return on investment.
For factory equipment used daily, such as packaging machinery, I place greater importance on reliability, uptime, component quality, after-sales support and total cost of ownership because downtime can cost far more than the initial saving.
I can support clients with China supplier sourcing, RFQ and quotation comparison, supplier evaluation, purchasing, negotiation, alternative supplier sourcing, China-to-Malaysia procurement coordination and cost-quality-ROI analysis.
My goal is simple: find the right supplier and product for the client's real business needs, not just the lowest price.

Work Terms

I am available for project-based, part-time and ongoing sourcing or procurement support.
I can work on supplier sourcing, product research, RFQ and quotation comparison, negotiation, purchasing coordination and supplier follow-up.
Communication can be handled through Guru messaging or video calls when required. I provide clear updates throughout the sourcing process and can adapt to different time zones for international clients.
For larger sourcing projects, the scope, deliverables, timeline and payment terms can be agreed before work begins.
