I am a skilled Training and Development professional with expertise in all facets of adult learning, Instructional Systems Design (ISD), quality management and professional development. I have over 15 years’ experience in directing and supporting cooperative multidisciplinary training teams, utilizing deep understanding of quality as it applies to both product and process. A proven leader with strong customer focus, I am accomplished at building collaborative relationships to support strategic goals and meet customer expectations. I am an expert Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB), adept at detecting opportunities for continuous improvement, streamlining and improving processes, enhancing productivity and implementing creative, innovative solutions. I am technically proficient in MS Office, Project and Sharepoint, as well as Adobe Photoshop.

After working for the majority of my career in a corporate setting, I am finally enjoying pursuing life and work on my own terms. It's a risky but thrilling ride. On a personal note, I homeschool my two children, and have a passion for instilling a lifelong love of learning in people of all ages. I grew up in a musical family, play piano and clarinet, sing in a family trio. I work part time with my sister and mother running a performing arts training center, where we teach children to act, dance, and sing. I love to read and will forever remain a lifelong learner.
