I used to work as an SEO for an Internet Marketing agency, whose main focus was to write short notes, classifies ads as well as details for referral and social bookmarking. I have also experienced submitting these information to high ranking and relevant websites to ensure that our website was optimized based on the policies given by the major search engines particularly Google.

As a Customer Service Representative, I have worked for an online trading platform wherein my role was to address customer concerns and resolve issues related to orders, shipment and tracking, refunds, account/membership problems through email and live chat support. I have been known to be an agent with a professional and warm atmosphere. I am able to work under pressure and efficiently handles irate customers.
