Virtual Assistant/ Team Manager/ Data Entry Specialist/ Business Development Consultant
I have been working for the call center industry for over 8 years and started working online since 2013.
I am an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR), and Team Leader , Customer Relations Specialist, Business Development Consultant and recently a Virtual Assistant for a Digital Marketing firm.
I have worked for accounts that require me to receive inbound calls, and leave notes on their accounts, cold calling to prospect for new accounts or do some collection calls for overdue accounts. Manage a team of agents remotely and also monitoring agents for quality assurance.
