I am a visual artist and educator who dabbles in many forms of artwork and illustration

I am a mother a four living in country Queensland and inspired by nature and landscape. I love storytelling and enjoy illustrating which embeds new information or surprise elements to add to the text. I have a variety of different styles which match to different text types. Linoprint is black and white bold design of either nature subjects ie birds or comic narrative. I have used acrylic to represent the bright reds of northern australia landscape. I do pencil sketches of flora and fauna and character faces often highlighted with watercolour
