Human Capital Craftsmen
As we understand that every partner is unique and therefore requires a fresh and innovative approach to their industry, it is our objective to be flexible enough to customise workable solutions within every environment. In order to best achieve this outcome, the CCI Professional – Human Capital Mastery Model has been developed to assist us in defining the ‘playing field’ for each partner.
The model describes four quadrants of human development within the workspace as: (a) Personal Mastery, (b) Team Mastery, (c) Performance Mastery, and (d) Organisational Mastery. As a result, from a methodological point of view, the mastery processes needs to be tailored to meet each partner’s specific needs; whether it be proto-consultation, seminars, workshops, e-learning, interventions or coaching / mentoring.
