Work Terms

Availability: 9:00–22:00 (UTC+8), 7 days a week. Urgent requests are accommodated with prior agreement.
Communication: Primary via Guru platform messaging for full traceability; response within 24 hours on business days.
Payment: 50% milestone payment upon project initiation, remaining 50% due upon client acceptance of deliverables. All transactions secured through Guru’s payment system.
Delivery: Standard deliverables (e.g., 8D reports, PPAP packages) completed in 3–5 business days. Expedited delivery (24–48 hours) available for a 30% premium.
Revisions: 2 complimentary rounds of revisions are included; additional changes will be quoted based on scope.
Confidentiality: All client data, project details, and intellectual property are treated as strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
