Lucas responded to my posted job with clear and concise questions to better understand the project's scope. Then he explained the steps he'd take to develop the code and sent a draft version to review for adjustments before delivering the final program. The process felt very collaborative throughout. He was always available for questions, answering in a timely manner, and delivered the project on time and in perfect order.

Once again Lucas helped me out with Python scripting (and some R) that was beyond my skill level. I wanted someone who wouldn't just write the code for me, but teach it as well. I was able to set up the environments on my computer and learn the proper technique. Lucas will always be my go-to for coding. Professional, polite, punctual, not one single complaint.

We are still at an early stage of a long project and I have been impressed with Lucas. He has taken a complex problem taken the time to understand the issues, asked valid thoughtful questions and provided excellent contributions to our codebase.
