After 7 years in the cruise line industry the biggest achievement was to understand the importance of making our customers happy. Therefore I'm applying this concept in all my projects. Precision and desired result are the goals. Small projects for easy tasks as data entry excel sheets can create a real issue for the customers should they be delivered with mistakes and not in compliance with the requests. Small doesn't mean it's not important!!!
