Hi! I’m Lucky April Aranco, and I’ve been working in finance, payroll, and employee support for over 20 years. Through the years, I’ve learned the importance of keeping things organized, accurate, and easy to understand—especially when it comes to numbers and people.
Right now, I work at Lexmark Research & Development Corp., where I handle time and attendance. Part of what I love about my job is guiding new employees on how to use our Workday system, helping them feel more comfortable with the process, and making sure everything is updated properly so reports and payroll flow smoothly.
Outside of work, I also enjoy helping small businesses online. I’ve worked over 650 hours on Upwork, doing everything from communication support, lead generation, Shopify assistance, and just being that person business owners can rely on when things get busy.
I’m also the creative type—I design kids’ learning materials on Canva, build websites with Google Sites, and even created my own mini To-Do app just for fun.
Over time, I’ve become comfortable with tools like QuickBooks Online, Excel, Power BI, Workday, and PeopleSoft. I love learning new skills, and I’m always open to new challenges.
