Work Terms

💬 Communication

All communication will be handled through Guru messages or scheduled Zoom/Google Meet sessions as needed.
I ensure clear and timely responses, typically within 12–24 hours.

🛠 Work Process

Work will begin once the project scope, timeline, and milestones are mutually agreed upon.
I share regular progress updates to maintain full transparency.
For Zoho-related tasks, I may request temporary permissions to the required Zoho applications (CRM, Creator, Flow, Inventory, etc.) to complete setup and testing.

💳 Payment Terms

Projects can be completed on a fixed-price or hourly basis.

For fixed-price projects:

A milestone-based structure will be used.

Work begins once the initial milestone is created through SafePay.

For hourly projects:

Weekly billing will reflect the actual time spent.

All payments are processed securely via Guru’s SafePay system.
