Work Terms

I am based in Novo Hamburgo, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil (UTC-3 / BRT time zone) and have extensive experience working with clients across different time zones, including the US and Europe, maintaining good overlap for meetings and collaboration when required. My schedule is flexible, allowing me to adjust working hours as needed to align with project demands. I work exclusively under freelance contract, issuing invoices through my own Brazilian company (CNPJ / legal entity). I'm aiming for short-live projects, not long-time full-time opportunities. Payments are handled via international bank transfer, as detailed in the contract. I do not operate as an employee, under 1099 arrangements, or through intermediary platforms unless both parties explicitly agree otherwise.
