I am the Founder and Fractional CTO of Navega Tech, where I help companies achieve their goals and optimize their operations through proven methodologies, best practices, and executive guidance.
As a former CTO at Enviou and Meu Dim Dim, I managed diverse teams, dozens of engineers, and over ten different systems, playing a pivotal role in growing the company's revenue by over six times.
My expertise spans a wide range of topics, including Tech Management, Technology Strategy, Agile, Software Engineering, Architectural Design, Distributed Web Systems, Process and Methodology Analysis and Definition, CD/CI, and Security. I've dealt with multiple frameworks and tools, such as .NET Frameworks, C#, Python, Django, Javascript, PHP, jQuery, React, Groovy, Symfony, Linux, and VPS provisioning.
My passion for solving complex problems started at a young age when I was introduced to programming at the age of 10. As a computer engineer, I have worked on different projects and collaborated with various startups, gaining knowledge about the early startup construction phase. My final project at the university showcased my abilities to add time-rewinding capabilities and path simulation to objects, making it easier to fine-adjust obstacles and the difficulty of a game.
In late 2013, I co-founded a startup with friends to create ERPs for the dairy industry. By the end of 2014, I left the company to pursue new challenges, but it eventually grew to generate millions in yearly revenue.
I joined CESAR Instituto de Inovação as a Software Engineer where I provided code and solutions for companies in Silicon Valley. Contrasting my previous background, this time I dove deep in software engineering, from front-end, including UX concerns to back-end and dev ops.
By September 2018 I joined Enviou and Meu Dim Dim as the CTO to help solidify the technical aspects of the company while dealing with all the variety strategy aspects of leading a business.
Early 2023, I founded Navega Tech.

We prefer to work in the EDT timezone, and our team is available for very flexible hours to accommodate your needs. Payment terms can be tailored to your specific requirements, but we commonly work with weekly or monthly payments.
As a transparent company, our goal is to help other businesses achieve even greater success through our expertise and guidance. We do not believe in creating a vendor lock-in and strive to enable your company to operate independently. Additionally, we can even assist you in finding a permanent CTO if needed.
