I am a 3D character modeler. My area of expertise include Modeling, Sculpting, Re topology, UV unwrapping, Texturing, Rigging.

I use blender for 3D modeling. I can convert your 2D ideas to 3D, I use blender for modeling and substance painter for texturing because it give better results.

My workflow includes blocking out the model, make a high poly model then converting that to low poly one. Then I UV unwrap the model, texture it and export the maps. At the end I do the rigging if required.
