Work Terms
1. Hours of Operation
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (PKT)
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Dedicated primarily to urgent revisions or final project wrap-ups)
Sunday: Closed
Note: I monitor messages for emergencies outside of regular hours, but core design work and detailed responses take place during standard operating times.
2. Payment Terms
Fixed-Price Projects: A 50% upfront deposit is required before project initiation, with the remaining 50% due upon final approval of the designs and before the release of final files.
Milestone Projects: For larger or ongoing projects, work will be divided into clearly defined, mutually agreed-upon milestones (e.g., Milestone 1: Concepts/Sketches, Milestone 2: Revisions, Milestone 3: Final Delivery).
Hourly Projects: Tracked accurately using platform-approved time trackers with detailed weekly activity notes.
Deliverables: Upon final payment, you will receive all high-resolution source files (AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, JPEG) and editable Canva presentation/template links if requested.
3. Communication Style
Proactive & Transparent: I believe clear communication eliminates guesswork. You will receive consistent updates at key stages of the design process so you always know the status of your project.
Preferred Channels: I strictly communicate through [Platform Workspace Chat] to ensure all project requirements, feedback, and files are documented in one accessible place.
Response Time: I aim to respond to all active client queries within 2 to 4 hours during standard working hours.
Collaboration & Revisions: Design is a collaborative effort. Every standard contract includes [e.g., 3] rounds of revisions. I welcome constructive feedback to ensure the final product perfectly matches your vision.
