BIM / COBie / Coordination
I am a qualified Engineering Professional with a strong background and 6+ years of
experience in producing 3D BIM Models and COBie 5D sequences to time and budget
constraints, preparing drawings in compliance with standards and codes of practice. Fluent in
handling Railways, HVAC systems, MEP Projects for improving productivity and quality of
work, combined with hands-on experience working with Autodesk, Navisworks, COBie,
AECOSim and Revit including my own specialized Marcos. I am seeking a pivotal role with a
dynamic organization where in accrued skills and expertise can be effectively utilize
challenging projects of the world and chart a mutually beneficial growth path.
As apparent from my CV, I have demonstrated the necessary working knowledge of project
guidelines, processes and techniques to deliver MEP projects profitably, meeting the time,
resources and budget objectives of the project. I have always ensured accuracy, timeliness
and compliance and have used numerous tools for executing and finalizing automation
engineering in Revit Macros. I am recognized for producing the datasets, datagroup catalogs,
compound cells, IFC and FM export related to AECOSim and I have proficiently assisted in
handing over as-built and the maintenance job plans as a COBie Specialist.
What deserves a special mention is that I possess excellent skills in relation to providing
expert technical services in the implementation and rollout of software including but not
limited to business process reengineering, workflow analysis, technical analysis, etc. I deftly
interface daily with the Business Unit core functions including sales, technical support, and
product management. I have expertise & experience in demonstrating advanced Auto CAD,
Revit and BIM techniques, & COBie Data Management and 5D sequences.
