Appointment Setter/Customer Service

I've been in the call center industry for a total of 4 years.I've handled both inbound and outbound. I'm skilled in outbound calls like upselling, collections, surveys,appointment setting, insurances and annuitization. Responsible for calling different people with businesses who has the goal of selling their products and services. I also performed lead generation to create warm leads for businesses and follow up on prospective leads. I explain the products and services in details. I take payments. I schedule appointments for sales persons to meet up with clients. Conduct surveys to determine the level of the customers' needs. To persuade potential customer to take advantage of the promotions or purchase the products and services. Obtain customers' information such as billing address, phone numbers and payment methods. Perform cold calling, email and other lead generation activities.
After 4 years of working in the call center industry, I decided to work from home. I've been working as an appointment setter/telemarketer for years now. I have handled several campaigns such as Insurance, Diabetic campaign, Home Security System, Medical Pendant/Medical Alert System, Wells Fargo Credit Card Processing, Education, Cold Calling for Websites and Restaurant Associations Campaigns. All of those including this particular campaign are all the same since it's all about cold calling and telemarketing.

Work Terms

I can work part time which is 20 hours per week. The payment method that I have been using is Paypal.
