Responsible for calling different people with businesses who has the goal of selling their products and services. I also performed lead generation to create warm leads for businesses and follow up on prospective leads. I explain the products and services in details. I take payments. I schedule appointments for sales persons to meet up with clients. Conduct surveys to determine the level of the customers' needs. To persuade potential customer to take advantage of the promotions or purchase the products and services. Obtain customers' information such as billing address, phone numbers and payment methods.
