Work Terms
Hours of Operation:
Full-Time Option: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday
Part-Time Option: Flexible hours, minimum 10–20 hours/week
Payment Terms:
Rate: $4–$5 per hour (depending on scope)
Minimum Weekly/Project Budget: $160–$200 for full-time work
Payment Method: Prefer Guru Payment System or Bank Transfer
Payment Schedule: Weekly or bi-weekly, depending on client preference
Preferred Communication:
Primary: Email and Guru Messaging
Secondary: Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet for calls or live updates
Response Time: Within 12–24 hours for messages, urgent matters immediately
