I took the decision last year to go out on my own after several successful years with a niche software headhunting practice. I now operate as an independent consultant and work on contingency - I'm driven, hungry and ambitious, and I aim to provide the best of the best in their domain.
I named my own business The Purple Squirrel - a term which is often used in recruitment - because I have good technical skills in sourcing, pitching companies and attracting passive candidates.
