Work Terms

Hours of Operation: I am primarily available for communication and work during Bangladesh Standard Time (GMT+6). However, I am flexible and can often accommodate meetings or urgent requests outside of these hours with prior arrangement to overlap with US or European time zones.

Payment Terms:

Security: All payments must be funded via Guru SafePay before work begins. This ensures security for both parties.

Structure: For fixed-price projects, I prefer a milestone-based approach (e.g., 50% to start, 50% upon completion/approval). For ongoing maintenance, I work on an hourly basis with weekly invoicing.

Preferred Communication Style: I believe in clear and consistent communication.

Methods: I prefer using Guru.com messaging for daily updates and Google Meet/Zoom for screen-sharing or detailed discussions.
