Technology is just a mean for people objectives, the user is the most important part of technology.
I started coding when I was 17, with my PC, a modem and a clear objective, gain control over IRC channels. More constructive work followed, like dynamic pages created with PHP and Java.
On 2004 the startup were I had been working as a developer for little more than two years closed, but my former employee trusted me the few remaining clients we had, and I had a great time as a freelance working for public and private companies like Generalitat de Catalunya, the Arzobispado de Barcelona, m1441 arquitectura, Groupfilms and Prisma Archivo Fotográfico.
I work on a daily basis with technologies like:
• J2EE and frameworks like Spring, JPA and JUnit.
• Hadoop, map and reduce code.
• JavaScript and HTML
